WHICH GRPHICS CARD WILL SUIT MY PC?

for $375 you can get a GTX570 or HD 6970 which would be WAY better than a 5450. THe 570 has the better bench marks and a 6950 has the lower price but still be in the same ball park. If you consider bench mark scores your 5450 ranks #299 while a 570 ($350) ranks #3 the 6950 ($245) ranks # 7 so as you can see there's a HECK of lot of difference between you $40 5450 and a $350 GTX570 you should be able to play any game at high settings!
