What happened to ��inn's father B�rr and grandfather B�ri?

In Norse mythology there were gods who were older than ��inn (Odin) and his brothers V� and Vili, who were the first �sir. These ancient beings were their father B�rr and grandfather B�ri. Any thoughts on what happened to them during and after the death of Ymir, when ��inn, V� and Vili built and became the chiefs of �sgard? Do we suppose that they were worshipped like their descendants (at least at some point) or what?
