Who would win Odin vs Phoenix?

The Odin is one of the stronger superheroes of the marvel universe and at the same time he is invincible. The phoenix on the other hand is a cosmic being with the power of time travel, teleportation and cosmic energy. It would be an even battle unless the phoenix had the power over life and death and it can deny things there right to live. The phoenix also got the power of Resurrection and because of that it cant be destroyed. Odin must also, once per year go into a slumber where he will be mortal for a period of time.
