Where can I make custom keychains?

Ok, so I've checked on the web a little for some sites that will allow you to customize your own keychain, but here's what IM looking for; most websites allow you to imprint ONLY A DESIGN on like a circle or square keychain body, but I was wondering if there was a site out there where you could go all out and like, for example, instead of having a tree DESIGN on a keychain, the keychain would actually LOOK like a tree and the keychain body would be cut out in the shape of a tree. I hope that's not too confusing for you guys! Sorry if it is, but to sum up; just a website or store that will allow you to customize your own keychain and they will cut the shape out so the keychain looks like whatever it is you requested. Like, a GreenDay hand grenade keychain I saw on Amazon was cut out in the hand grenade form. Or like how people don't give you a car key design on a piece of metal, they give you the actual form of the key. PLEASE HELP, otherwise I'll start my own business, lol!!
