What is everything I need for a happy healthy Red Eared Slider?

I'm looking to buy baby red eared sliders.. I know they are banned or illegal but I want them so please don't try to convince me not to get them.. and I know turtles are very high maintenance and a big responsibility but I'm up for it! I just need to know the exact stuff I need for my babies :D. I decided on a 10 gallon tank since they are typically an inch or so big.. but what else do I need EXACTLY? like what wattage, what lamps, heating pads, water solutions, type of food, all these websites just give me the jist of what I need :/ I want someone to tell me GET THIS THIS AND THAT and your two baby turtles will most likely be healthy, please and thank you!!
