Is it cool if i am 13 and i wear tightywhities and cool coulours?

ok i am 13 and i own 25 pairs of tightywhities 18 pairs of white ones and and 7 pairs of black and greay ones ok my cousin was over 2 years oga and all my underwear he took sisors he cut 11 holes in each no joke every time i bend over you can see were m poop comes out and were my bird is the fly he cut it obout 2 inches so every 5 minites i have to shove it back in i pee in my underwear with out notice i dont know why but it just happens and i go throu 3 pairs a day and with 7 pairs of my underwear were my poop comes out there is a circle cut out 4 inches wide and 5 inches tall so you can see the hole and in the front were my Bird is they Hole fly is removed and i am forces to wear them because there is no more all of them has more than 11 pairs so please help me about my underwear if they are cool or not and what should i do and when my baby siter is over in the summer time is it ok if i am 13 and i am nacked and she see me because it is wayto hot down here please help
