How do you judge this in Yugioh ruling?

First of all Odin's effect and summon. let say I summoned him and then he died because of some trap or effect monster excluding solemn judgement/solemn warning. Can I get him back with call of the haunted, monster reborn, shallow grave? second about shien chancellor effect, after he is sucessfully summoned and died because of battle, can you special summon him back from the grave?
