Get rid of dark lines/circles under my eyes?

I've got these dark lines/circles under my eyes, and I'm not sure why... I don't get much sleep because of homework, I don't drink much water every day, I don't eat too much fruit (around 2-3 a day) and i don't know how to fix my problem. Help?
